1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Virtual Aero Club (VAC) website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Membership

Membership is open to all IVAO users with a valid VID. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3. Pilot Reports (PIREPs)

All PIREPs submitted must reflect actual flights flown. Falsifying flight data may result in suspension or termination of your membership. VAC reserves the right to approve or reject any PIREP at its discretion.

4. Code of Conduct

Members are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully towards other members, staff, and the broader IVAO community. Harassment, abuse, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the VAC website, including logos, graphics, and written material, is the property of Virtual Aero Club unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Virtual Aero Club is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. We provide our services "as is" without any warranty, express or implied.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
