• Your IVAO VID (Virtual ID)
• Your preferred home airports
• Flight history and PIREP data you submit

• Generate your VAC callsigns
• Communicate with you about VAC events and updates

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Certain information (such as your name, callsigns, and flight statistics) is visible to other VAC members as part of the roster and community features.

4. IVAO Integration

As an IVAO-affiliated community, we may retrieve your IVAO flight data when you use the flight import feature. This data is used solely to help you file accurate PIREPs and is not shared externally.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. Passwords are hashed and stored securely. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You may also close your account by reaching out to our team.

We use session cookies to maintain your login state. No tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies are used.
