VAC stores your username, email address, FShub username, and IVAO/Vatsim VID. If you wish to have your personal information deleted, please submit a request through a Discord support ticket.
Discord Rules
- Discord Username Format
Usernames on Discord should match the website, unless you have an assigned callsign then first name-calling is permitted. - Self-assigned roles have additional steps you must complete, such as checking the welcome channel pinned post. These must be completed before you gain full access.
- Press-to-talk is the preferred method, however, voice activation is acceptable as long as it does not annoy members. If it does, you will find yourself in a press-to-talk group so you are forced to either use it or leave Discord.
- If you do use voice activation then you are required to set the press to mute so when you talk to ATC or Pilots, we do not hear it; it gets annoying. And again, if we have to keep telling you to do this we will put you in the press to talk user group.
Pilot Rules

If a requirement of being a pilot, you cannot fly without an account (If you need help check the help menu or ask in Discord. - Flight Requirement
To remain a member of VACs, you must fly a minimum of 1 hour VFR and log the flight on the website monthly. (Failure to fly may result in your pilot account being deleted) - Flight Plan Remarks
When flying under a VAC callsign, please include “IVAOVA/VAC” in the remarks section of your flight plan. To help promote the group include virtualaeroclubs.com also. - You must depart from where you land.
Exseptions:
1: Flying for a training session.
2: Flying on a tour where the legs are not the standard follow-on route. - Additional aircraft within your rating can be leased, you will lose 10% of the points on Pireps with leased aircraft.
If you broke the rules you will be removed.
