Hello everyone fortnightly ish update time, first let me welcome some new members, Brad and Matthieu I am sure you will have a great time.
Weekly Group Flight
Starting from the 3rd of July we will have a group flight twice a week, these will be two different flights and both will start at the same time.
1730Z briefing – 1800Z take-off time.
The briefing document that has been a pdf will be from now on a web page. The link will be posted in the flight plans room on Discord around 24 hours before the flight.
Tours
The only news is that I am still working on a few ideas and hope to have them done by the end of July, i am just one person and have other commitments also.
Training
We have now a good selection of training material available on the website, i am sure I have made a few typos or missed something so if you spot anything let me know. Practical Training is available for PP (Private Pilot), SPP (Senior Private Pilot), AGCS and AFIS. You can request training via the Discord #forms channel. (Do not see a document on something you want to know more about?) let me know.
Get Involved
VACs is not run by me. Me as in Paul – 122038 I do all the work yes but I want each of you to have a say in our direction and what we do if you want to do so, this is why I have created the forms section on Discord so you can get involved and have your say, so please feel free. You can also just ask questions in Discord general or open a ticket if you want to chat about something in private, or even better just hope in the vc where I am most nights.
These update posts will be every two weeks or close to two weeks.
