You request training via the main menu Training – Request Training. Complete the form, and a member of the team will open a ticket so they can communicate with you to arrange days and times.
You will gain access to your training aircraft and callsign and be able to submit pireps to gain points whilst in training.
Your account starts with zero points as you have paid for the aircraft and 2 training sessions.
Sessions One:
Theoretical Training
One of our training team will take you through the wiki step by step helping you on the areas you need help on. At the end of the sessions, the trainer will give you some ICAO codes that you will use to plan a route.
The cost is 50 Points
Practical Training
The trainer will review your flight plan with you, and then you will fly the flight in a mock exam style. After that, the trainer will let you know what parts you should work on.
The cost is 300 Points.
Addition Training
Additional training sessions cost points.
- Flight Plan Advise and checking – 100 points.
The trainer will go over whatever you need help with for a duration no greater than 1 hour. - Theoretical addition training – 200 points.
The trainer will assist in whatever areas you require additional help with for a duration no greater than 1 hour. - Practical addition training – 300 points
The trainer will assist in whatever areas you require additional help with for a duration no greater than 1 hour.
Once you pass your PP exam, you will be able if you wish to use your points to purchase additional ratings.

Callsign
You may only use the VAC callsign on training flights or if your trainer approves you to fly with the VAC callsign outside training. You should use the aircraft registration as your callsign online.
